After seeing all the negativity she experienced in her own real estate search, Maria decided to have a go of it on her own, and go at it she did. In her first year in real estate Maria was one of the top rookie real estate agents in New England. Her vision has always been to create a company whose structure was not only based in real life business, but also had some spirituality mixed in for good measure. Maria believes that like with a good book, a home picks you. Homes have souls and when you enter into “your” home you know it. Sometimes it is love at first sight and other times you need to sleep on it but you know it when it happens to you.
